Vitals such as blood pressure, oxygen levels and heart rate can all be captured using HaloCare technology. This information is then passed on to the client’s clinician to help make data-informed decisions around the client’s health.

Keeping connected

HaloPad allows users to be able to make calls and share photos at the touch of a button. HaloPad also has a built-in calendar feature where appointments can be easily managed within the HaloPad Calendar App – creating a central location to stay connected on important appointments and events.

Tackles social isolation

HaloCare's Care Hub offers client's the option to opt in to receive a daily 'Comfort Call', tackling social isolation and ensuring clients have a friendly and familiar voice to speak to everyday.

24/7 Support team

The Care Hub team are on hand 24/7 365 days a year, so clients can have peace of mind that night or day, they are being looked after from the comfort of their own home.

HaloPad Calendar feature

Post hospital discharge, clients may experience an increase of new appointments and visits from health professionals. With HaloCare's calendar feature on the HaloPad clients will be able to easily access and add all of upcoming appointments in the one place. Any family members that have the Circle of Care App will be able to see these keys dates too, keeping everyone in the loop!
