HaloCare offers a solution that is tailored to individuals' needs, whether it’s Smart Devices around the home to help with appliance management, medication prompts or fall detection, HaloCare has tools to give clients back the confidence to live independently.

HaloCare not only looks after physical safety, but also helps to keep clients connected with loved ones and even build some new relationships with a daily comfort call from the HaloCare Care Hub team.

Privacy at home

Living independently doesn’t have to come at the cost of privacy. HaloCare Smart Devices use motion detection to learn the individual’s environment, learning patterns in daily routines to be able to quickly alert the Care Hub team if there’s anything out of the ordinary.

Supports those living with memory issues

If there are concerns about living at home with a memory condition, HaloCare can support with medication prompts, sensors that can detect if doors have been left open and detect wandering at unusual times such as the middle of the night. HaloCare offers a long-term solution which is vital for progressive disorders like memory loss.

Keeping connected with loved ones.

Using the HaloPad, clients can make video calls and receive pictures all at the swipe of the button. Loved ones can also join the HaloPad, by request, through the Circle of Care Companion App.

Living independently can come with concerns, in particular around what would happen if there's a fall at nighttime. With HaloCare in place clients can rest easy knowing that 24/7 support is available via the Care Hub and Smart Devices located around the home.

Wandering can be a big concern for family members. With HaloCare Door Management solutions, the Care Hub team will quickly be alerted if there’s any unusual activity at home and can check in on clients promptly.
