Benefits of The Halocare Solution
Privacy at home
Living independently doesn’t have to come at the cost of privacy. HaloCare Smart Devices use motion detection to learn the individual’s environment, learning patterns in daily routines to be able to quickly alert the Care Hub team if there’s anything out of the ordinary.

Vital Sign Monitoring
Vitals such as blood pressure, oxygen levels and heart rate can all be captured using HaloCare technology. This information is then passed on to the client’s clinician to help make data-informed decisions around the client’s health.

Typically, the process will begin with a referral from a clinical setting, or a personal referral, then a HaloCare representative will contact the client via phone to introduce HaloCare and will arrange a visit, at a time that works with the client, by experienced Client Relationship Managers.
The installation is then carried out by one of our trained technicians.
-
Family members or caregivers will be invited to join the Circle of Care App. The Circle of Care App provides a secure link to the HaloPad to allow video calls, photo sharing, carer schedules and activity dashboards to the primary caregivers as required on the basis of client consent.
-
Our sensors are contactless, and we do not use cameras, instead they work by using smart technology to learn the individual's home and routine.
With built-in motion sensors, the devices can detect any unusual patterns in routine and the Care Hub can then alert the Circle of Care or escalate further if needed.
-
HaloCare does not require you or your loved ones to be confident in your technical ability. The Smart Devices simply work in the background, while the individual enjoys living at home and carries on with their activities of daily living.
