How to get the HaloCare solution
From the very first discussions to making sure the right services are installed correctly in the home, HaloCare makes it as simple and convenient as possible.
Getting setup in the home
The HaloCare solution has been designed and developed to be set up with minimal disruption to everyday life. Here’s how it works:
Finding the right solution
The HaloCare process typically begins either with a self-referral, when a little extra support day-to-day would go a long way, or a referral to HaloCare might come from a trusted health professional.
Either way, the first step of the journey begins with you.
