Our Process

The HaloCare solution has been designed and developed to be set up in the home with minimal disruption to everyday life. Here’s how it works:

Support during the initial decision making and referral.
1

Finding the right solution

The HaloCare process typically begins either with a self-referral, when a little extra support day-to-day would go a long way, or a referral to HaloCare might come from a trusted GP.

Either way, the first step of the journey begins with you

Ensuring your HaloCare solution is a perfect fit.
2

Home Visit

The Client Relationship Manager will arrive with photo identification and will access the rooms that are used frequently and take measurements.

Time to get Halocare installed.
